This trail is not technical, nor is it aerobically challenging, but it is a fun ride. I finished it and turned around and rode back in the other direction, completing the loop twice. Navigating the trail is not hard at all and well maintained. There's a $1 day use fee for the park, but well worth it. I'd recommend this ride to anyone looking to get in a workout. Nice woodsy scenery. Crooked Creek Trail is located just down the road and is 9 miles long. Combining these two rides in one day would be an awesome workout.
